I am having the same problem on my Officejet Keep saying not installed and couldn't install the driver and get it to work. Been going around in circles for days trying to fix this so I could use the printer.

Driving me mad and couldn't get support from Hp unless I paid for the service!! No thank you and I will just not buy HP ever again, shocking really. Go to Solution. Which operating system is installed on the computer to which this printer is connected?
